Are You Politically Proudly Kenyan? Then You Are Misleading This Nation

politically proudly Kenyans are misleading the nation
and they don't know it either.
Kenyans are good in forgetting important things! Let's see if this is true...

Someone said, "Forgetfulness and ignorance are the core to stupidity." I guess he was right because those people who are still proudly Kenyans are in this group, and the country cries because of them.

Frankly blogging, real  Kenyans have never been proud of their country-- politically. In many occasions, they think they won only to realize later that team 'Kula Nyama' set them up.

The ordinary Mwananchi has been losing every time a ray of hope seems so obvious. In this case, Kenyans have been cheated with good deals but instead of thinking twice, they act like church mice --- going for poisoned piece of cheese instead of asking themselves why, beyond chance, they just found misplaced sweet deals.

In Kenya, we have the eaters, in other words, the corrupt individuals who make deals behind our backs. Then they show up in broad-day to sell their new invention to us. It is this time that the so-called politically proudly Kenyans would start shouting hallelujah for no good reason. The fools fall for booby traps when they see them, huh!

There is no time for being so reluctant to see the reality. Open your eyes and see what crooks do in the darkness, open you ears and listen to what they say behind your back, walk with them and refuse to dine with them--- that is how you learn to differentiate the good, the bad and the ugly.

The current state of corruption in Kenya is appalling. But since the fools have been in the forefront in campaigning for the corrupt guys, the looters are still winning and everyone else is losing this battle of wits.

They say, ‘Don’t underestimate the power of the ignorant majority—foolish individuals’. Actually, this confirms that politically proudly Kenyans have been foolish since the day this nation was made independent. Or else, why fight along with the beast from you backyard instead of coming up with a plan to do away with it?

Kenyans are forgetful...

This is not true! Kenyans do not forget easily. In most cases, they assume and do stupid mistakes that ends up hurting everything they hoped for.

Think again about the power of ignorance. The Huyu ni wetu mentality makes Kenyans choose the leader based on where he or she comes from instead of choosing an individual based on the ‘thing’ that makes the person an exceptional leader. Watch them closely. See how they defend a corrupt individual. Oops! Their ignorance can’t see the rot in an accused, instead they see the rot in the people surrounding the individual.

This is mind game of the wicked in the society. They set up a bar so high that only realists would see. The net they cast catches those who are still proudly Kenyans, or the ignorant lot that has refused to create an avenue of hope and change that Kenya need.

Urging a proudly Kenyan to make a political right decision is like telling him or her to choose a tribal leader and be ready to die trying to defend him/her to the core. So sad! That is how corruption thrives in our country. That is why we do not have many choices in choosing a better leader. The ignorant majority, corruption, and tribalism always win.

Do Children Grow Faster, Learn Too Much and Act More Adult Than Their Age? What Parents Ought To Know

Children Learn Too Much and Act More Adult Than Their Age
'Listen to them talking and you will notice how much they know what they are not supposed to know.'

Nowadays, our children are free to watch whatever they want, why? We are never at home hence none really takes care of their vision and controls what they watch on TV, movies and even play video games. Our children are good friends for kids whose parents are don't-care-like hence accessing materials meant for adult audiences and on the list goes.

As parents struggle to keep up with technology and other stuff, some children are already practicing what they see. They would then pass on the info to those willing to listen, or innocently say something that hints of what they like doing when no one is watching.

Such kids are all over, ranging from as young as 5 years and on. These kids know a lot: from adult language to actual things adults do--- and yes! Willingness to teach others how the 'act' should be done.

Where did the society go wrong? A few days ago, one kid-- about 8 years old boy--, was heard saying 'Nataka kumshika yule manzi cha nguvu (I want to rape that girl.) Yep! His face showed he was serious about it. Ad given the chance he could have attempted his desires.

It hurts to know that most children who are going astray are the most loved kids. The boy in an example above is a notorious child whose mother would do anything to keep him safe, from blame, and from anything negative. The mother knows that her child needs serious help, but because of love she is not willing to let him helped.

Too much of something is poisonous, yes! Parents need to understand the limits of love. Love itself is not bad. It creates the basis of good family and understanding of the community as whole. However, if we let our feelings drive us we may be doing more harm than good to our children.

DP Ruto Worried As Mt. Kenya Voting Bloc Seems Ready to Fly Away in 2022

Peter Kenneth to vie for Nairobi Gubernatorial seat on Jubilee party ticket. Is he a threat to DP Ruto's
Presidential bid in 2022? (pic: peterkenneth website)
It comes a time when desperation forces a human being to act like a fool. This comes in when everything that seemed to be in place disarranges itself into chaotic ends.

Politics in Kenya has been marred with betrayal and mending of ties. It is not a wonder how this is being weighed with acute concerns. Others political elites giving warnings that Uhuru's ethnic group has to repay Rift Valley votes.

In Kenyan politics, especially the rift valley politics, everything was great until recently that all the plans stuck on the pendulum. The Peter Kenneth factor in Jubilee politics is a killer for DP Ruto's ambitious 2022 presidential dreams in  Kenya.

Peter Kenneth comes in Jubilee politics as a clean man with full potential to lead Nairobi County into greater heights. His Presidential bid in 2013 gives him an upper hand in Nairobi gubernatorial race. However, Peter Kenneth is only threatened by the current Nairobi Senator, Mike Sonko, who is also determined to vie for Nairobi Governorship on Jubilee party ticket.

Rumors has it Mt. Kenya region is grooming P. Kenneth for 2022 presidential elections. This region is known for supporting their own in politics and it only remains a miracle if they would support DP William Ruto in 2022--- according to Jubilee Party MOU.

Early, there were speculations that the deal between him and the current president of Kenya, H.E Uhuru Kenyatta will not hold. The TNA governor once openly said his region will not honor the deal. The URP side experienced some wrangles about this but the president came out and calmed the issue.

The looming standoff between the Rift Valley and Mt.Kenya region will definitely affect President Uhuru's reelection bid that is just around the corner. The fear of betrayal is enough to make things cold in the Jubilee campaigns. If this happens, then it will be the big blow to the president and his deputy--- and their MOU might not hold any longer.

Insecurity in Kerio Valley Force Residents to Flee

'

Freedom is never free.' Ask me who said this and I would tell you blatantly that 'I don't know.' The most important things come free and it does not really matter who provides them. Anyway, let's talk about the 'freedom' that is lacking in Kerio Valley in Kenya.

It has been reported that Kenyans living in the Kerio Valley have been forced to flee following ethnic clashes being experienced in the land.

Rift Valley bandits shamelessly roaming the area (pic: twitter)
The Pokot and Marakwet communities have been engaging each other in banditry raids, that has turned into freedom mayhem in the rift valley region of Kenya.

Kenyans have been expressing their concerns over the social media, Twitter in particular, about the level of insecurity in Kerio Valley. The most disheartening fact is that bandits have taken control of an entire region. The law enforcement agents are nowhere to be seen and the killers have nothing to hide--- the innocent defenseless citizens are the one suffering.

Kenya's most outspoken deputy president,William Ruto, who also hail from the affected region is mum on this. The President of Kenya, H.E Uhuru Kenyatta, has also remained silent on this issue... or maybe, he is working closely with national security body on the best method to end the menace.

Of course, this has forced the political leaders to have a say about Kenya's security, giving negative views about how the head of state handles threats to national peace and freedom to live.

The two pastoral communities' rivalry over land and pasture for their domestic animals goes back in history. However, most people link this to politics in Rift Valley. It has been confirmed that such social-political unrest only happens when the country is heading to the general elections. The country is almost there; August 2017.

Compromised freedom in Kerio Valley confirms that freedom is not free... sometimes it means doing whatever possible to attain it. An escapist government of people by the people has turned people down. Children and women forced to flee, just to feel a sense of peace and freedom. So sad!

Why do you marry or get married?

marriage is all about being together as one (from meme center)
It has been the norm and the expectations of every parent are to see his daughter or son getting a family of his or her own and having a plus of grandchildren.

Marriage is an institution that the society looks upon as the obvious outcome is for the couple to definitely have children. And this is such a saturated issue such that couple who even go for a year without a child will obviously get curious questions from their immediate family members or even from their close friends.

So just recently, we were treated to some shocking news here in my country of a young man who chopped off his wife's hands accusing her of not conceiving for the seven years that they had been married. But then there were reports that the same man had corrective reproductive issues being the reason for their failing to have children and could not even own up to seek medical attention.

Getting into the institution of marriage means that as a man you are ready to step up into the shoes of being the head of a family and a wife as your partner.

For sure being parents to your own children is definitely what you look forward to, but what if this fails... Does it mean that this marriage is doomed to fail? This question would definitely have answers and to some extent, it depends on the individuals involved.

But then for couples who are not able to sire kids, the society comes in here.Let the society not condemn the couple like theirs is a life of crime and we need to shun the mentality that women are to blame here in this case.

Like for this incident, this lady lost her arms yet her husband failed to follow up on treatment that would maybe have rectified the situation though he still chose to blame his wife for their reason of not having children.

So the society ought to accept childless marriages

Why Kenya Needs Dictatorship In The Fight Against Corruption

Kenya Needs a dictator in fight against corruption (image from http://cdn.youthkiawaaz.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/dictatorship.jpg
It is now clear that even the current president is incapable of turning Kenya around to its rightful place. The competition among the developing countries only hints where Kenya could be only if the issue of corruption was unheard of. It is just heart breaking to see countries making big progress while Kenya is being eroded by this beast into oblivion.

Leaders We Have,

As far as corruption is concerned, it is like a beast which is consuming the livelihood of Kenyans rendering them vulnerable to anything that might be on their way. It is sad that we have leaders who are ready to dine, encourage and celebrate those who are implicated in graft. These individuals are offered government posts and hidden from the public for sometime, before an outcry of another corruption scandal. The circle goes on and on.

The leaders we have are like an ostrich in an arid area--- bury their heads in the sand and let everything else suffer the wrath of an angry sun. The more the public cry for accountability, the more the elected leader would point an accusing finger to a third party--- just to avoid being seen as a sleeping leader.

Why we need a dictator,

The issue here is leadership! And how do we make it right? It is very simple, we should elect a no-nonsense president. Yes! A person who would not look at an individual and think of a ethnic background of the culprit, a person who would over use his powers because he/she wants to make Kenya a corruption free nation, and a person who would be so mad if his close allies are implicated in graft scandals.

When the going gets tough, only the tough would be tempted to keep going. In this case, we can't just sit and wait for a miracle to happen. We have to do something! If it means electing a leader who would be so strict to this issue to the point of making us feel out of breath... then we have to try it out and regret later other than to shy away and watch from far as a few individuals take the country down.

Have your say!

Teachers From Hell Brutalize a High School Student In Tanzania, East Africa

Who is gonna save Kids in this school?

This is rather a rough question for parents who hand over their children to the teachers hoping for better tomorrow but forget to follow up to see how they (children and teachers) are working together towards the dreams for your child. Why say these?

for the video, click on this link by Victor Matara
A Tanzanian school, Mbeya Secondary School, is on spotlight after a short video that is already going viral online showing four male teachers beating up a student for an unknown reason. The two angry teachers are seen pummeling the student, kicking him and even shoving him where he fell landed on his back writhing in pain.

A female teacher is heard pleading with the four teachers to leave the boy alone but all was falling on deaf ears. It was clear that the teachers were not administering discipline but were ready to cause harm and even death only if time could have allowed it. The video shows the kind of brutality that the current generation has to ditch for better future of humanity.

Should parents have a say when a student has done something wrong?

Well, I guess there is no parent who would allow his or her child to undergo what the student in the video was experiencing. The law should take cause if normal disciplinary measures proves futile and there are many other ways to administer discipline to a rogue student but corporal punishment should not be the only way and the easy way.

Some parents allow too much or go quiet when they realize that their children are being targeted by rogue teachers while at school. In most cases parents allow ‘don’t care mentality’ to lead the way--- giving a deaf ear to reality---, acting as if ‘ school life is just how it is’ without asking questions or even letting the higher authority know what goes on at school. Such parents let criminal minded teachers walk away with such crimes and this leads to repetition of the same.

Now the wheel of change!

Even though the beating happened in Tanzania, Kenyans on Twitter are pushing for the arrest of the four male teachers and justice for the boy who underwent that ordeal. Hopefully, the Tanzanian authority will act on this and apprehend the teachers from hell.

We should not allow inhumane activities in our school. It is so sad that people sometimes give a blind eye to such criminals activities.

Parenting, Teenage Pregnancy And Why The Society Should Adopt Some New Changes

It is not how you prevent you child from unknown, it is all about
how you bring them up.
It may be shocking to all of us but as parents, it ought to be an eye-opener to other new challenges of parenting.

Just a few days ago.it was there in the print media of how girls as young as 13 years are already using contraceptives and this may be largely due to an increasing number of teenage pregnancies. It's true  that our young girls are solving the case of unwanted pregnancies but not the sexually transmitted infections(STIs). This revelation came to be the talk of everyone and a number of radio stations aired the same, out of concern for our young girls.

Most parents were willing to talk about this issue and reckoned that even as we say that we are in a generation where everything has changed, we cannot hide our heads in the sand and refuse to take the blame.

It's so sad that some parents opt to take their daughters to have birth control programs to avoid facing the embarrassment once they get pregnant. But the question is, what is more important, covering shame since you are a staunch Christian or the well-being of your daughter?

Any parent will have other reasons like ensuring that the daughter completes education without any interruptions, In this case, an unwanted pregnancy. By doing this, you as the parent are giving your daughter the go ahead of engaging in sexual activities since the fear of getting pregnant is well taken care of. But there are some adverse effects due to the usage of some family planning methods and as a parent then you ought to be ready to face the wrath of your daughter if she fails to conceive in future.

Parents should take their parenting roles responsibly talking to their children well in advance in order for them to make sane choices.

It so happens that some of the girls just get contraceptives over the counters without involving their parents because they think that they are old enough to make their own decisions.

For quite some time now even the government has been at the forefront  in encouraging young mothers to adopt family planning methods in a bid to properly space their children. So the concerned medical personnel should take up this opportunity and let them know that family planning only avoids unwanted pregnancy and so they ought to be careful since actively engaging in sex means more vulnerability to getting sexually transmitted infections(STIs).

So as parents, let us talk with one voice of being friends with our children and talk to them frequently and this way ,they will feel the parental touch of having parents who hear them out and assists them in their challenges.

How To Maintain Your Patience For a Long Time

How to be patient for a while wothout giving up (ideaquotes)
The term 'Patience' is mostly used when one is waiting for someone or something with hopes that at the end of the day the time wasted with be compensated in one way or the other. What many people forget is that this term can be used in other situations as presented by prevailing circumstances. Patience in anything means either a gain at the long run or disastrous fallout with everything. Here, you have to agree to either emerge a happy person or hang the face and count all among the lost. And yes! There are things you can do to ensure that an outcome counts positively just as expected. Let's see some of them:

1) Being Patient Positively.

This can be very tricky with regards to how much you are willing to wait for the expected happening or an outcome. It is always a two-way traffic! The more you wait for it to happen, the more the nerve breaks down and that is when some other ideas take prudence over positivity. It is not easy to be patient while at the same time allowing the negative thought (impatience) to keep instilling fear, corrupting whatever that means much to you. What do then?

2) Do something as you wait.

Yes! Keep your mind busy all the time. It is essential to let your mind roam from one item to another just to make sure nothing distracts your peace of mind. Patience is mostly determined by how much one’s brain can withstand stress-levels as and how well it can adapt to the surrounding and form inhibitors that would later be the basis of a relaxed mood.

3) Don’t give up yet.

There are times when you would feel that your wasted time will never pay off. The moment when an idea to give up seems much of a reality than just a little more wait. That is when you have to think better because a proverbial ‘eleventh hour’ might be lingering around but daring not to show up in reality. It is good if you become more patient than ever than to give up and lose everything you hoped for. You never know where your twist of fate might be laying in wait… Yes! Never give up just yet because things are seemingly so out of place and time rushing out quicker than usual.

 Conclusion

What if your patience is turning negative? Well, sometimes patience and fortune walk together as one. As you are already aware, fortune comes in two distinctive forms.. bad or good. Now, if your long wait emerges as expected then it is good to go. However, not everyone who patiently waits for something or someone emerges the winner. Twist of fate has its way of turning things around, but remaining positive for a better day someday makes things less bad. Just accept and move on with other plans.

Any questions?

Why Luhya Community Needs UNITY For Brighter Political Future

Luhyaland wants to be counted as one,
but it is are not willing to unite as on (twitter pics)
The moment you set your foot for a certain goal,be ready to do the necessary if you really wanna reach a moment of jubilation and happiness. There is no short cut, unless you have a killer weapon awaiting for an appropriate moment to strike home. Politics also revolves under goals and ambitions. Oops! There are those waiting for 'XXX Tosha' magic that was around for some time until the person in charge chose not to entertain this nonsense any longer. This only hints that whoever is up for the challenge should use his or her own ways, means and necessities to make the dream come true. Nothing more, nothing less!

Now what for Western Kenya politics?

This is rather an ugly question that no Luhyaland leader wants to face in reality. We already know that they only wish they could make things less complicated but the more they wait for a mysterious savior, the more the damage is happening and the more the distance between them.

Those In The Political Tunnel..

By now, a good number of Western Kenya leaders are allied to the ruling government under President Uhuru Kenyatta. These leaders believe that they are at the right channel that will someday sell their asses to the countrywide lot. They see the bright spot at the end of the tunnel and fall for it without thinking how much they should struggle in order to reach the end of that tunnel. To them, eating and making merry on food provided in the tunnel is much better than striving to get out and make their own meals. In this regard, they are the lost sheep but they are happy because the wolf is still pretending to be just like them…

On the other hand, we have the lost lot who are dining in the opposition. Some of these Mulembe leaders are only surviving outside the government because of laws and twisted circumstances. They wish they could jump the ship but they fear the word ‘bloody-traitors.’ Musalia Mudavadi knows better, and I guess he is careful enough, now that he learnt the hard way in UhuHuto saga. The man like the Bukusu political Kingpin and Senator of Bungoma, Moses Wetangula is like a lost sheep. He can’t sit quiet and do his calculations much better. What he has forgotten is the fact that FORD-K is no longer a national party but just another lost political scam that should coalesce with others just to make a noticeable impact in Kenyan politics.

Here is the bitter reality!

For many years, Arap Moi, the former president of Kenya divided Luhya community because of the threat it was posing on his government. He knew that unity of Mulembe sub-tribes could have moved masses and threaten his tenor in office during multi-party era. This is why he chose to work with the channel of Luhyas and leave others alone for years. From then the Luhya community has been struggling to speak on one language and erase the past, just to move on as one. Other leaders are doing exactly the same to make sure this disunity stays put. And our leaders are dancing to this tune just like history dictates.

When are they gonna wake up?

Luhya nation needs to set goals, work with other communities as one and see how the future will unfold. We need to seal off short valleys and create an atmosphere that will land this great land into the promised land. Unity is the key to our future.

From An Idea In Mind To Personal Challenges Leading To Success

Don't Be Afraid To Try Something New (twitter image)
"I hate to see you here like this when you should be somewhere safe, thinking or waiting for the best moment to strike a new better deal..." By Caring one.

The tomorrow you always think about should start, like now, and be the basis for your future adventures in life. Which is all about making the right decision at the right moment. Do not wait for a reminder, a whistler, to wake you up and show you the way forward. It is all about your approach to something that you wanna do.

Why not start now?

The question here can't provide a room for an answer, but it only gives you an upper thought or an idea to make yourself less comfortable in your current living standard and see the need to strike while the chances are still valid.

In  life, we create chances..., apply our skills and hang on to see how the new thing unveils itself... and those who choose to relax, sip a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the moment of happiness are not here to stay awake, agile and ready to take a new challenge. In fact, they only wait for someone to come and utilize their ideas and skills for personal gains. Leaving you agonizing for the loss.

When is the best time to relax?

Lets look at this question this way! Relaxation can be good for you to think much better. Having a moment for yourself and trying to see things from an elevated perspective. However, too much of this can be damaging to what you had already started. The moment you train your mind to wonder off and smash itself in a remote wonder-world, forgetting what you should be thinking about, that is the moment you will lose focus and a downfall comes out from its hiding place. You do not want this to happen! You have all it takes to keep the spinning wheel turning and nothing should deter you from succeeding in your endeavors.

Avoid second thoughts.

Well, in every good idea there is always a second thought that mostly works as an inhibitor to that great idea. Here, you need to believe that what you are doing is the most important thing for you today and for your future. With this, your mind will not tolerate anything or anyone coming in to show you the negative way out. Positive minded person wins over every obstacle that comes his or her way. Just remember, to be a winner you must accept challenges but your positivity in handling them is what that really matters.

Western Kenya Electorate and Politicians and Can't See This Either...

Unless the Luhya people learns to hang out with the right people under one roof, they will never know when to rise...
"When the mighty beast is strong enough but it does not know how powerful it is, then it is great for the agile minded fellows to use its power to the maximum before it realizes what has been happening for sometime." This goes well with the mighty political wave in Western Kenya. Why are the two rival politicians luring the Western Kenya politicians to join the forces with them? Why do some other politicians allied to the ruling Party so interested in making sure that one or two politicians from Western Kenya vies for Presidency come 2017?

The answers for the above questions are easy! We only need to see the reality as it unfolds out into the freaking reality. For sure there is too much that happens in the political arena than just what meets our eyes. For example, the Wetangula saga in the Coalition Of Reform and Democracy (CORD) is not gonna end soon because he is a kind of guy who likes where the delicious soup is hot! We all know where the good broth is being cooked and as a hungry Mulembe guy, he is slowly going to take a bite anytime soon. Another issue!

Why did the wise man decide to leave?

When we talk of a wise guy in Kenyan Politics, then we are possibly referring to Ababu Namwamba, a former secretary general of Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) but now a leader of Labour Party of Kenya. The guy was possibly the light of the dimming Luhya community's unity and his smooth way of handling politics made him the most influential person in Kenyan politics. The recent split from ODM showed that he too is not a cool guy but another hungry guy looking for an easy catch. The deputy president hinted that he was the main reason why Ababu chose to move away from Raila's corner.

The Tag of War in Luhya Nation

The rise of western Kenya politics is a direct threat to Jubilee Party administration. The real change factors that plays within Kenya rests firmly in Western Kenya. The west which is also the second populous region has attracted the ruling government and the opposition, lead by Raila Odinga and his CORD allies. The moment the unity of western Kenya is realized, that is when Kenya will decide where to go from the current confusion state.

The Raila team is determined to sell their agent in Western Kenya because it is the only chance for him to ascend into power come august general election next year. However, he has a challenge that only needs constant prayers that Uhuru's men and their bulgy pockets are deemed liars and unworthy to go for a second shot!

By now, the beast is still sleepy and weak because of unworthy gains. The moment it will rise and be called by its proper name, Kenyan politics will change forever. Until then, let Raila Odinga eat the ripe fruit... let Uhuru Kenyatta cut off yields from healthy branches just to make sure the beast is not counted as whole (united), as we wait for a new day to come.

Mathare Parallel Rallies: ODM and Jubilee Party

Group of Jubilee Party Supporters
Today it is showdown between the newly formed political party, Jubilee Party, and the Grandfather of political parties in Kenya, Orange Democratic Movement. The two political parties will hold their rallies in little Mathare Constituency now headed by an estranged MP Stephen Kariouki, alias, K1. The MP who rose in power after the then MP George Wanjohi's position was nullified by the Court Order.

The area MP, whom Mathare people now only refer to as a tourist will be leading Jubilee Party in a rally scheduled to take place at Mlango Kubwa. Initially, the organizers said they would hold a parallel rally at the same venue where the ODM one will be held but this was revoked by the Governor of Nairobi, and an ODM member, Dr. Evans Kidero.

ODM party supporters
Supporters of the two rival parties have been advised to keep of from violence. The police force said it will provide security to all people who will attend the rallies and said they will  deal with whoever willing to create havoc in Mathare.

Ali Hassan Joho, who is the deputy leader for ODM has confirmed that his people will be peaceful and that ODM as a party will not tolerate hooliganism which can easily spiral out into political violence. The Mombasa Governor also said that he has no problem with Jubillee Party members. He welcomed everyone to attend the rally and assured people that nothing will go out of order. The ODM rally will be held at Muliro grounds in Huruma.

Listening and Learning About Them...

listen to them, and learn about them
The new girl in town is always the center of attention from the male and the female world. In male world, they wish they could to dominate her mind, her love and her world as whole.. but in female world they would want to make friendship with her, learn more about her past and secret life, and then admonish her to be very careful about what they fear the most. Is there any true link to her worries in life?

Well, the male world is always dominated by the team of hit-and-runs. In most cases, the people in this group only want to lure her into the love snare and escape with the piece of her broken heart. However, we have genuine people who only intend to guide her though, give her support whenever she needs one and be that ‘person’ she could rely on if she steps in the hot spot.

The most amazing thing about female world is the fact that she will have no real friend. Those who feign good are only there to make sure she is heading in the wrong direction. They would tell her stuff that will only result into the feeling of fear, veneration and despair. They would keep her busy with unrealistic gossip, keep her mind hot with stories about everything and everyone, and lastly give her advice that will only mislead her into a dreamy world. Then what? They would stand aside and laugh at every move she makes to figure out where the reality is and lastly, they will hate her for going against their say.

Is it true that women dislike one another?

The Shortcut Kind of life In Kenya

We Should Learn to Rise Above Hate, Ethnicity and Corruption... (pic from twitter)
In Kenya, nothing and no one is valueless. In this case, everything in Kenya has a price. The simple reality of life has made it easy for corruption to get out of hand. In those day, a little of something, was a word commonly used for people to get something done quickly--- avoiding the tedious queues and tribalism and other negativeness.

Nowadays however, it is almost mandatory to part with something big (not little anymore) if you want to get where you have a right to. And it is no longer a game of wits, use of secret language and whatever means to pass on a message, but the situation is bad that someone would just plainly tell you to bribe for something worthy getting. Damn, what a life!

Tribal-kings leading a difficult nation,

The baldness of tribalism if ‘bribalism’--- if this word can fit better to represent rampant corruption—which is already on the too much for anyone to handle. Our good leaders always promise to eliminate corruption but nothing happens because they know Kenyans loves to hear this song with a different tune every now and then. This is a weakness that politicians know is a clear ticket to high offices in the country. Tribal leaders gave birth to ‘me, myself and I’ which runs through tribal blood stream. Anyone else, however qualified, is a no-body until a large parcel of something is exchanged for services.

Are we happy about this?

There is just one word that can make a difference in Kenya! The word is ‘WE’. If we learn to work together, corruption and other social evils will cease to exist. If we say ‘No’ to being mislead, we gonna salvage the country that is now in SORRY STATE. If we join hands for better tomorrow, no one will be left out in national building. We are strong when we are united. Politicians know this much better, that is why they do not want this to happen. We have nothing to lose when we become united… It is just a matter of our forgetfulness that makes us vulnerable to all social evils in our beloved country Kenya.

Kenyan Do Not Hate Each Other, They Just Forget Working Together...

You don't have to attack someone just for pleasure or personal gain (Pic from Tweep)
It seems like Kenyans are the only people in the world who love to be reminded of who they are very often. They are good in forgetting the most important things in life: who they are, what they are, and why they deserve gratefulness in what they do best.

Why do they forget easily?

The simple explanation to this forgetfulness is the fact that they allow unworthy things to haunt their minds. In this case, wrong ideas take prudence over important ideas hence blurring those good thoughts, leaving their curious minds yearning for more insane clues in life. That is why politicians have always won against the best mind sin Kenya. They very well know Kenyans have a problem and they do their level best to manipulate this simple weakness for their own personal gain.

The fact that majority of Kenyans are being brainwashed to follow the known do-no-good leader; explain why these humans need a constant reminder that might do a little to change their mind. They dwell too much is negative issues and they do not like the sense of reality. The more they learn to work together, the more they get disintegrated to seeing evil in other people as they remain entwined in political negativity. And in most cases, the loss of their likelihood to know who they are and what they are capable of.

Why Work Together?

In order to salvage our great nation, we have to change for better. See people as they are-- not as we are advised to treat them by shallow minded leaders. We have to accept that our ways of life defines everything that might come along. Love is the conqueror of every evil in life.

Lets not forget the reward of a good idea towards others..

The Third-force Shakes The Veteran Political Parties In Kenya

Ababu Namwamba addressing the political gathering as he prepares to launch the new political party
A little known dooms-time continues to haunt the likes of veteran politicians as a new wave, as hurricane of great minds joining forces to force up due changes well deserving in the current Kenya. The fact that Kenyans are tired of repetition of odds has made it clear for some Kenyans to think wider than just the two horses which accounts to all failures and misplaced chances for new Kenya and the generations to come.

The last time I checked, Kenya is still being left out from other developing world due to bad politics and leadership thereafter. It is not a wonder why some of us prefer not to line-up or queue up in the coming general elections just because we wanna make someone a happy man or woman in an elective post, while knowing very well that these people are the same guys who have been there for ages--- in most cases camouflaging themselves in new political parties.

The current wave, if stable like how it seems to be, is one promising move that will one day shape Kenya the way we all intend to. The Kenya we need is a negative of Jubilee Party guys and their counterparts from the main political alliance--- CORD. We likes of Raila Odinga, Moses Wetangula and the wiper guy have almost nothing to give Kenya, if we take history out of it. And the same goes to the ruling Party guys who like boasting about everything then wish they could have accomplished, only that  they believe Kenyans are in debt for great leadership they are offering.

While Ababu Namwamba guy is being blamed for breaking up with the grandpa of Kenyan politics, hopefully Kenyans will come to realize that they have a great nation that do not need veteran politicians to dictate how things should be done year in year out. In fact, we need great minds to work together to destabilize the front runners in political arena before pointing a finger at the mess we already fear before it becomes real. However, we have to worry about something! What?

Oops! Unless the third force is capable of making things shake and tumble over, it might turn out to be just like a junk can for the lost hearts. In this case, if the third force is not well prepared to take on the two front runners then it might be just like a junkyard for the lost lots---- making things more disorganized.

When do love become replaced by so much hate?

Anger and brutality
For quite sometime now, news of a lover killing his or her love or a husband killing a wife and vice versa has become part of us in the society with these heinous acts continue to rise at a very alarming rate. The most recent incident is that of a fresh graduate being brutally murdered by her boyfriend with claims that she had threatened to dump him.

This is just one of the many incidents that our news people have been reporting yet even as shocking as they may be,we still tend forget and move on.The sad part is most of these incidents involve our young people especially the college material whom the society brands as grown-ups who know what is right and wrong and after all are aware what they are doing. But my take on this is,does going to the university or even a college mean that  you are on your own as parents now think you are of age.

For two young young people to have a close relationship that blossoms into love, then its obvious they know this is part of life that will take them places. Then the question is why do most young lovers think that if they disagree to the extent of parting ways that death is the only solution? They need to know being in a romantic relationships exposes them to open fields of quarrels or fights but by the end of it all,how they go about tackling the problems at hand matters a lot.

The young people need to know that if you break up with your love, you ought to be positive about it for you to be ready to move on.A broken relationship is still part of life and who knows may be this relationship was after-all a hindrance to better things in store for you.

So I think such sad  incidents should not slip from our minds so fast and as parents and the lecturers for our young people in colleges or universities,we have a role to play.By this I mean the young people need to have counselling sessions in the learning institutions and this is where parents come in due to financing such sessions. After all young people need guidance in most aspects of life.

We are parents of today and with one voice,we are good to go

they go wrong because of parental failures
Just a few days ago,we awoke to the most shocking news here in my country of a thirteen year old  who allegedly stabbed to death an eleven year old girl. There were reports that his actions were after the girl refused to give in to his sexual advances. This is so sad,an incident that came along with hard to answer questions and it brought a circle of nightmares because the two youngsters belonged to families that were friends.

This is an incident that may have caught many off-guard but to some extent it is a wake-up call to make us realize that our children as young as they may be,are capable of anything. As per our education curriculum,a thirteen year old is still in his primary school level of education and has few more years before completion of education. But the question here, what does this boy think he knows and for surely feels he need to have.

Even as we say times are changing,we need to step up our roles as parents. This is not the time to tell your daughters that they should not play with boys and to your sons that they are too young to comprehend romance issues. It is now obvious that sex education is important to our children and so as parents its our role to talk to our children on this issue. What’s more we should not leave everything  to the teachers since there is a lot more that ought to be done.

As parents we ought to know that parenting is not only watching your child grow up into a young man or woman but there is more to growing up.Parenting should now be taken seriously like a  full-time job that should have lots of energies channeled through.Even as want our children to grow up into responsible and successful adults,we should also take time to enlighten them more in terms of the bodily changes that came about in different phases of their life. For example a child who is orally exposed on what puberty is all about is better placed than one who has no one to tell him or her about these issues.

Trial And Error Movement In KENYA

Trial and error government
We were hopeful for better Kenya. We sang happily that a youthful president is the best bet for Kenya. We were very enthusiastic that his will for better Kenya was the way, the only route for prosperous

Kenya. But four years down the drain, we are yet to see big changes as far as human life is concerned.
The biggest challenge most Kenyans have is worry for future Kenya. By now, we only hope for good governance and dependable futuristic presidency. Meaning that what we have is nothing but a group of guys who are not there for the people.

Why is it that Kenyans are suffering loudly due to high cost of living whereas the guys we elected into power have failed terribly and are only there to make sure that the corruption friendly people run key institutions to scoop more cash from Kenyans. The more they steal, the higher the chances for Jubilee administration to retain power come 2017.

As Kenyans, we have choices to make in future. The current government is one thing that counts into another mistake we have been making ever since Kenya got its independence. We have suffered for so long because we have not found that one thing that might bring us together. The people we elect as government representatives to the worldwide community thrive in our ignorance because they know how to manipulate us into thinking along tribal lines. Hating to single-out Tribalism as the greatest weakness and the huge-most mistake that has made Kenya one of the most corrupt countries in the world.

Don’t you and I become tired of trial and error kind of government elections in elections out? If you and I care much about Kenya and have future in mind for this great nation, then we have nothing to lose by making a wise choice come 2017. If you feel you are okay with everything this government has been doing since it assumed power four years ago, then it is okay to vote then in. But if you have beef with then like I do, then you better make it right before running short or choices.

It’s a painful loss so lets be considerable lot

why people should be sensitive in certain situations
Just in the first day of this month,it so happened in my country that we awoke to the most sad and shocking news that young university students heading from the city to a pre-planned birthday party had perished in a fatal car accident.Just as we have embraced with the power of being in the digital world, those with first hand info went ahead and posted the updates in the social media.

The news spread like wild fires and dear Kenyans on social media took their time to console the affected families for the loss of their loved ones by posting messages of condolences. But then even as much as anyone would feel in control of his or her actions,I still cannot understand why anyone would see it right to post pictures of the dead victims.

It’s true death is inevitable but thanks to its secretive nature where nobody knows the hour or day.Am imagining a situation where relatives  come to learn of the sad news by seeing photos of their dead posted in social media. It obviously becomes a shocking situation because it’s nobody’s wish to loose a loved to death and more so that it is really conveyed in a very undesirable manner by some social media users.

This is not the first time that photos of the dead have been posted in the social media, something which most of us feel bad about because it shows total insensitivity on the part of those who do it.This is an undesirable behavior that need to be stopped with immediate effect and if those posting such photos are not ready to tame this bad habit,I hope a law may be put in place to enforce it as a wrong thing.

Why You Have To Love Yourself First!

Love starts with you!
Many of us like being loved, right? That is cool because even the tyrant do not like being hated. The most important thing about life is all about accepting who you are and minding what others think about you. If you impose force into someone's mind, either to love you or fear you, you lose! This lose may come when you do not expect it and may end up being the worst setback in your love en-devours in life.
If you love yourself, then you would understand other people much better. The more you hate someone, the more the chances that you will never find peace in your mind.

Unconditional Love To who? How? When? And Why?

As a human being, you can only pretend that you do not care. Or maybe, you do care but you shut down those important feelings towards other people. Making your heart so scared to feel the pain and sorrow for someone else's troubles. The more the fearful heart, the more the chances of making a wrong move towards other people. The caring part of you declines showing up in time and eventually, people will evade you like deadly poison.

Take care of that love,
Love yourself more before giving out some,
Be there for those you care for and show some desire to help....
Have your say but let others have a discussion about the same issue,
Train your mind to accept defeat and love changes where necessary...

Well, we are humans and sometimes we do things before thinking over and over again why we did it and for what purpose. Cool! An apology comes in when you know you went wrong someone and someone got hurt in that process. Love is like light that illuminates through in all curves of life.

And yes! Give out much love and expect none from those you care for...

Should We Trust Either Raila or Kenyatta?

Raila and Uhuru, Are They The Best Kenya Can Ever Get?
The products of a failed system is pain, debts, corruption, silencing those who are nosy, defending corruption, and hiding in the vacuum of ‘don’t care’ mentality when everything is tumbling down on people’s shoulders. Kenyans have everything to lose here, but because of tribalism and foolishness some people still think that the Jubilee government is the shield and refuge for their tribes and wealth.

Raila’s way of handling the IEBC issue is not good. He is like a goon eyeing for a bigger trophy but his effort is being let down by a barrier so huge for him to jump across.

The looser here is no one but a common Kenyan. If the system is stealing from us, we have means of solving the issue with the power of the majority. Sometimes we need to be blind in order to see clearly. Kenyatta’s team is Bad; Raila’s team is Worse… We are doomed to think that these are the only leaders we can rely on when it comes to Kenya’s Governance.

A good leader is not seen by how he can manage the masses from his tribal inclination… but is seen by how he connects with all tribes and ethnic grouping of all Kenyans.

Now look at President Kenyatta;

1.       Without his homeland votes he has nothing but void… The reason why this is so is because he lacks leadership skills. The language should not be the measure of influence but a way of making people believe that they have someone to rely to in matters related to governance.

2.       Without Ruto’s votes, Jubilees as whole loses its ability to call itself a government of Kenya. Why, Jubilee Alliance is made up of two tribes, leaving behind about 40 other in a state of either in or out of the government. Fail!

Let’s go to Raila’s camp;

the three principals making CORD coalition is an alignment of tribal leaders coming together for the common goal. These leaders have no means of calling for a united Kenya because none of them can make it alone into power without the other two. The issue of coalition political parties is where the thickest tribalism lies. In light words, CORD is a breed of tribalism… just like Jubilee Alliance Party.
