president Uhuru and his Deputy W. Ruto (UhuRuto) |
Today's match between Arsenal FC and ManU was so unpredictable. The special one was skillfully outwitted in the game by the most experienced manager in EPL, the elderly Arsene Wenger. The result was 'unbelievably' 2:0 to Arsenal.
That was great, a game to watch in the field of play--- soccer match, but now we have two teams that are competing for the big seat in Kenya. The Uhuru Kenyatta team has nothing to offer other than matusis and empty promises that Kenyans already know the reality---
UhuRuto can't be trusted
It is certain that the state house's meat was so sweet that the duo forgot that someday they will have to face Kenyans once more for reelection purposes.
The two leader rides in pride and power like rich kids who happen to own the new ball in an area with kids from poor backgrounds. Of course, the rich kids would show off, choose who to let play on the team and those who would stand on the terraces to watch from afar.
However, there are always some kids who do not take 'NO' for an answer and stay put. These kids usually go to play, just to make sure no one enjoys the game. And this has been RAO team.
As things are by now, the team-kula nyama is dwindling between chances and sympathy. They made wrong decisions while they had a chance to make things cool. They went for big development projects and forgot that people (citizens) should come first in everything. Now that the cost of living has become unbearable to most Kenyans, the two have nothing to say other than to seek for cover is the political cocoon marred with ethnic divisions.
No wonder Baba has a bigger say in almost everything that is happening in the country. Like a kid who had nothing to lose, he came, he played, he saw an opportunity and it is just a little more and he may score.
Why,
We watched the match between ARS and ManU. The special one was outplayed--- not because he had a weaker team, but because the Age in a manager played its cards well. Josse underestimated Wenger but forgot that in football, anything is possible. At the long run, well, you saw what happened. The same may happen to JP come August 8th, 2017...
